I missed a phone call from a number I don't recognise.

Concealing the last 4 numbers, it is 0011222xxxx

What sort of phone number is it. Not a UK one, is it?

If it happens again or you get bothered in the night (read the comments on that page about getting called at 4.30am!!!) then call your service provider and see if they can barr numbers starting with that.
