i work for the nhs for about 5 years looking after vulnerable people. on a night out last year i got verbally attacked in the toilets and he was threatening me so i punched him and i left the scene. i reported it to a police officer but this guy already beat me to it saying i attacked him, so i got escorted to the police station. cut the story short i ended up with a caution for abh. i didnt tell work because i didnt know i had to as this is the first time i got into trouble. i recently had a crb check and this came up on my record and the manager suspended me. whats the chances of me getting dismissed? i have a good track record at work will they put this in consideration? please help!!
You not allowed a "caution" unless you admit the offence. Nuff Said on that really.
If you are lucky you won't be done for obtaining pecunary advantage or fraud by misrepresentation depending on the date.
