A one-armed window cleaner?

Can anyone remember a programme (possibly back in the 70's or 80's) that had a one-armed window cleaner in it?

Or am I just imagining it?

Robins Nest was on Sky last night, can`t remember which channel though.

And the poor sod didn't really have one arm - he had to have it strapped up so it looked like he did.
