I think you'll find that Answerbank invites people to ask questions and get answers. I have asked Chakka a question in the hope of receiving an answer. You tell me you reserve the right to respond to questions - and I am telling you that I reserve the right to ask them. Now go away. I won't respond to you again, so you're wasting your time continuing with this nonsense.

Ah, Chakka! There you are. I'm struggling now - and Shaneystar is rather stuck too, I believe. She says she's very down in the dumps. I wonder how everyone else is doing? This one isn't easy - but that's no more than we should expect. Not to worry - your computer won't be impounded. There's definitely more out than in - and she's wasted more space and time on this than you and I put together! :o)

Well, if you're up in the 90s with two months to go, you can hardly be struggling! I usually aim to have fewer than ten to do in the final month. On one occasion I got the last answer only 20 minutes before the post went on the last posting day!

I know what you mean. I'm often still dithering until the very last minute. It's more luck than judgement this time, Chakka, I can assure you - and I will need the next two months to get the last ten!! I love the 'Dis duck or dat' question (No. 66). Took ages for the penny to drop - but what a brilliant clue!

Sorry for butting in but I haven`t seen Catron admonishing the other AB users who are chatting away at least 90% of the time. What a dull place it would be if it were only Q and A.

By the way, just got In The Air and already done 1 % of it.
Don`t expect to do much more, however, but I`ll try.

naomi, I hadn't done 66 but, pointed to it by you, I got it and think the answer is hilarious. As good, I think, as LLOYD (5,7) in the Childhood edition of the quiz, still one of my favourite clues.

You are missing the point MsEVP - naomi24 has the e-mail address for Chakka and it is commonsense to not post private messages here when you can use another way.

Plus, why use Q&P for chat when there is a whole category for that very purpose?
