The only thing you can do with TESOL is teach english. While that can be fun for a while, it's very difficult to find a job with any stability. The positions are contract, not fabulous wages, and you are living away from home. That is also a problem because you'll spend a few years teaching, then come back home with experience in a skill no one wants. So, I'd take a long holiday, then get back to stability.
