What's the best way to get rid of stained teeth ?

Please can anyone share any information on products that effectively remove tobacco and red wine stains from teeth. I enjoy the odd ciggie and glass of wine, so please don't suggest abstinence !

I dont smoke but love the wine, if you can bear it get some bicarb of soda from the chemist, either brush ure teeth dipping it in the bicarb straight,or get a quality whitening toothpaste, and dip in the bicarb, and brush away, there used to be a smokers toothpaste called eucryl think you can still buy it!!!

Best bet is a good clean up at the dentist and hygiene appointment. They can get rid of all the yucky brown stains you may have

Yes I've recently found AP24 which is a whitening toothpast which really works. You order it online (it's not available in the shops) at www.pangea.ironyourwrinkles.com. There is a whole range of beauty products which are fabulous.

can you remove them and put into a glass with denture cleanser......if not, get some dentures; so much easier
