Good point boo , theres more cruelty to dogs by NICE CLEAN LIVING RESPECTABLE FOLKS , than by the homeless i would guess.They see their dog as a companion and they always feed their dog too.Ever seen a homeless guy with a starved dog like some of the horror pictures you see from dogs being mistreated.

Theres good in everyone , just few people take the time to look for it or find it .

That's what I meant Legend, I was in no doubt that this guy's dog was loved and relatively well cared for. But I'm a softy about animals, and like I said the sight of it wrapped up in a sleeping bag on cold frosty wintery mornings upset me.

I agree with BOO. The local beggars (a gropu of three) who have been banned from the town, took their little dog with them wherever they went.

They used to go to the supermarkets, buy their booze & always food for their dog. They used to feed it in & around the park & church gardens, even when sitting outside Sainsburys!

It looked such a hppy little thing & got lots of exercise too. Bless it!

We dont seem to have as many big issue sellers around here except one who is foreign, and she moves around, saw her in another town when i was on holiday,why doesnt she go back to her own country, how come she is still allowed to stay in the uk!!!

I think that's another matter puddicat. Besides, she may have a permit to work here (even if she isn't - annoying I know), or indeed a British passport.
