Does anyone know of a road in Wales that has a very steep drop on one side, but also has the optical illusion effect that makes it seem you are driving up when down and vice versa. Think it has the name "electric" in it ??

I was at the Electric Brae in Scotland and the rainwater in the gutter was running up hill...
