My Daughter loves Fish & Chips and occasionally gets it, but we usually give her just half of a piece of fish. Does anyone know if there is a way of reheating the other half the next day without drying out the fish, and getting the batter soggy?
Any help, much appreciated.

Try either heat it up on a low heat under the grill & turning it quite a few times or putting it in the oven on a wire rack
