What is the cost drinks/food in Turkey? Weather in October?

I am thinking about going to Turkey for a holiday this month, does anyone know if the weather will be still nice in two weeks time?

Plus if you have been, what is the average cost of drinks and meals? I am trying to work out if it is best to go all inclusive or half board.

hi jenga, my mum returned today from 2 weeks in Ola deniz.

she looks quite tanned, but said they had a few days of lightning storms, with a day of rain.
warm enough to sit on the beach still, and go in the pool and sea every day. lots of the bays are shallow, and so the sea was warm enough to go in.

they had a car and travelled around - prices fairly steady - beer 3 lira (�1.50), breakfast 8lira. There were six in the group, and she told me today they were paying 60-70 lira for meals and drinks between them - 10-12lira each!!
she was very happy with the quality and service.
the whole group kept commenting on how friendly the locals were.
she's quite fussy, but said she'd def go back again.

one more thing though - the loclas were telling here the resorts shut down end of oct for the season
