Music in Chateau Monty

Can anyone tell me the name of the music in the background of this programme? I know its by Verdi and was in the film Jean de Florette but I can't find the title. It may be the overture to one of his operas.

I have no knowledge of Chateau Monty but the theme used for Jean de Florette is an adaptation of the overture to Verdi's "La forza del destino"
