Can i view my CCTV over the internet?

hi and thanks for reading my question.

I have a dedicated micros SD32 DVR and it comes with the Netview software, i know this allows me to view my CCTV from my own laptop over the internet as i have the software installed.
What i would like to do it to be able to log on to any computer and view my cctv like a web page, ie a computer without the software pre loaded.

Is this possible?

If i need to install aditional additional equipment then this is no problem i just need to know what equipment

you just need a fixed ip address to host your website

and the software to access the camera

or alternatively - an account with one of the dynamic dns services
