Would you ever take things further than zapping these hiddious trolls I mean can you not do anything legally as they did agree to the terms and conditions? I am just saying give them a warning as I am sure you can track down their work from their ip address? Maybe I should have posted this in suggestions?

All of them use the same computer at home, all of them are enthusiastic and loyal members of Answerbank. Except that Harry, 17 sometimes posts daring rubbish. In addition, Dad sometimes posts rather salacious stuff from the public library in Luton. AB bans this IP address too. Good strategy don't you agree.

A few people may lose out but for the good of the site it may be better for the majority.
It may not solve those who use computer cafes and such but it's a start.
