Do you mean you are trying to take her to court to see your brother and sister? If so, why? If they are adults, then taking her to court will be no good - dont they know where you live? could they contact you at your grandparents if they wanted to?
Why dont you write to/ring your brother and sister if they are still with your mum? or ask your grandparents to intervene

It is possible to have more than one brother.
Wyatt, what is your mother's relationship like with your grandparents? Would they be able to speak to her for you? Or how about contacting a local mediation service? They can be very helpful.
Do you have a relationship with your older brother? Could he help in any way?

I would pop down to your local Sure Start office who can help regarding family mediation and offer advise on how to go about it. As bednobs says, I don't think you have a legal entitlement to see your brother and sister but it would certainly be encouraged. Is there a social worker working with your mum? You could contact social services who would probably be able to negotiate supervised visits; it would probably mean that your mum would be there also but at least you would get to see your siblings.
