If my father was still alive today,he would definitely be able to answer your 3 equations.
He died last year at the age of 79.He was a Physics lecturer at the Trinity College which is just down the road from where we live in South Wales.
Sorry, but I'm afraid I won't be able to help, as I don't fully understand these kind of equations .I guess you've tried looking around on the Google browser.

The maddening thing is, I got a DCSE in physics, but be damned if I can work that electronic stuff out! Thank you very much anyway. I wass trying to help a friend's daughter, who begged me to find the answers for her. I can't. Sad face. xx
