I'm reading it now and it claims that oncw you finish it, you will become a non-smoker. Cheap too at 8.99, you'll be able to treat him to womens undies in his size too!. A friend of mine went to one of his session and has ben quit over a year now.
Best wishes to you both.

As a teenager, I used to smoke quite a lot. You have to really want to give it up, not just because you're agreeing with anyone else to keep the peace. I was given a tip on how to stop - which worked for me. Everytime the urge to light up comes, take a sip of bottled still water. The urge apparently peaks after 20-30 seconds, but'll come back again. Keep taking a couple of small sips, and the urge becomes less and less frequent. After 2-3 days, you can go for long stretches without a ciggie, and by the end of a week, you don't need one at all. A lot cheaper than paying for hypnosis.
The stopping isn't the hardest part it's the staying stopped which is harder. You know it's going to be hard when you stop so you expect it but once the urge for nicotine goes, the boredom kicks in and it's that 'oh, I'll just have one!' That 'one' is the the first of another few hundred. If you promise yourself you won't have another and you'd be letting yourself down if you did, you're on your way. I just told myself I didn't have the choice and I had to do something other than smoke to stop the boredom. I stopped 3 years ago and live a much cleaner life.
The best antismoking treatment is fear.I had great difficulty in walking & was diagnosed as having furred arteries,my right leg was so bad that I had to be Hospitalised & had my right femoral artery cleared out,Iwas advised that if I carried on smoking I would risk having to have my leg amputated.I stopped smoking immediately. That was 16 years ago & I have not smoked since.
