Hi there.
I've put my knee out. Dont know how it happened, but it is very painful.
Waiting for the x ray. Doc thinks I've strained it., I've been put on the long waiting list. Apparantly it is about 60 an hour to see a private physiopherapist, cant spell it.
I was just ready to take up my new job as well.
Woe is me.
