wording for thank you cards

i got married last month and im making thank you cards. having a bit of trouble with the wording inside the card.

im making 1 card to say thanks for all the kind gifts from people who did not come to the wedding and 1 card to say thanks for kind gifts and also sharing out special day etc..

just having trouble putting it all together

although you werent with us in person your kind gift made our day all the more special

For the present friends -

"Thank you so much for your kind gift, and for spending our special day with us. We will enjoy your gift in our new life together, and it will remind us of this wonderful time you spent with us."

For the absent friends -

"Thank you so much for your kind gift on our wedding day. Although you were not with us in person, your gift will always remind us of your kindness, and that you were thinking of us at our special time."
