It is actually a remix of Micheal Legrand's 'Windmills of your mind' don't know where to get it though.

The song 'Windmills of your Mind' was originally written by Michel Legrand and Alan Bergman. It was originally performed for the soundtrack of the film 'The Thomas Crown Affair' in 1970 by Noel Harrison. The vocalist on the Matalan version of the song is Ronan Cavanagh and will not be released.
