Need help to find the right Toshiba laptop

Can someone help me find a Toshiba laptop?

I would prefer it to have an Intel core 2 duo processor and has to have at least 2 GB of storage and at 160+ of RAM. Any help appreicated.

other than that - if you're decided on tosh - you've pretty much got your spec - now you need a price range.

while performance will be different - most manufacturers will offer pretty much the same spec for the same price
It also pays to go to pc world (you can always buy ensewhere!) and actually touch some - some will be too big and heavy - some too plasticy - and the feel of a keyboard can be very important so find the one that's just right

and keep it real �400-600 will cover almost all "ordinary" use
if you need something special the price can go up drastically

It might be an idea to lurk in wh smiths and read a couple of PC mags to see what's on offer

Toshibas are definately one of the best laptops available and for what you require you can probably get that spec for about �500, I certainly wouldnt get sucked into the "more you pay the better the laptop is" remeber as well, RAM can be v easily added to a Tosh for about �30 a 1 gb strip, it goes in the bottom of the laptop under a small cover, most pc shops will fit it for you for nothing (I used too). The main thing is the screen and the graphics as they are the main limitations on a lap top, and remeber if you are going to transport it around dont go for a 17" screen. I find my 15.4" screen more than adequate. The other thing is get a Tech Air carry case they are def the best for the money.
