I have just had 4 pieces of toast with lime marmalade.


They were lovely.

I'm never really that hungry in the mornings as in work from about 7 usually.

I can unindulge again now I don't get nagged :)

Well some natural honey from honey bees up the mountaion is gorgeous.An old couple keep the bees and sell jars round the shops.
Some of that on some hot toast
