What are the qualifying criteria for non -monarchs/non consorts to be allowed burial at westminister abbey? who decides, is it a commitee? and are they buried in "less prominent areas"? who was the last person buried at the abbey?

The last person buried there was The Unknown Warrior in 1920 . But Laurence Oliviers ashes were interred there in Poets Corner in 1989.
I don't think they actually bury anyone there anymore ,it's stuffed with graves .But I think the great and the good can have their ashes interred if they so wish.
