Ethel "No idea"

What is this in reference to ?
No idea why he finds it difficult.

Four ways.

1. Click File at the top left of the screen and then 'save as' or 'save page as'.

2. Open Paint - (Start - all programs - accessories - Paint).
Minimise Paint.
Press PrtSc
Maximise Paint
Right click - Past.
Voila

3. Use a free program such as Screenshot Captor
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Graphi c/Graphic-Capture/Screenshot-Captor.shtml

4. If Firefox is your browser, use the ScrapBook addon which captures webpages and organises them, like a scrap book
Top flight Ethel, I said that.
Question Author

docs instructions werent clear and changed .

thanks if doc had said like ethel file save as easy

so if i go to a website and do that i can save the page , or will it matter if it has copyrighted pictures or information on it ?
It will matter a great deal if you reproduce it anywhere else and it is copyright.

For your own use, shouldn't be a problem. How would anyone know you have printed something off and kept it somewhere private?

Just don't get publishing it anywhere, other websites included.

AnswerBank own the copyright to ALL material here.
You did, doc.

You kept saying it, but you weren't shouting loud enough

Sorry Ethel, I shall hold my hand out for a slap.
:)

Why don't more people use the 'file - save as' route?

It is so easy
And the beauty of the Firefox scrap book add on is it saves the whole page, not just the bit that can be seen on the screen
I have tried firefox but prefer ie7

Dont know why.
File - save as works in IE too
