Ahhhh cat and hamster all stocked up, cleaned, fed and watered and am sitting down with a nice cuppa before mounting an assault on the spare room still full of boxes from moving.
How is everyone else's evening?

Hi Jenna , had dinner around 7.30 and am sat having just watched Silent Witness . I might put the fire on soon , it's a bit chilly . My lab is stretched out taking the whole sofa up . The puppy is on my chair behind me , slowly pushing me nearer the edge . The dishwasher is coming to the end of it's cycle , and it's raining again outside . xxxxx
Sorry, got distracted by the birthday thread :)
Moved from Manchester to Salford, about 10 minutes drive away from where I was before :)
Ironing....I have to do some of that too but needed a sit down after rushing to get a tram to Wilkinsons after work before it shut then lugging home kitty litter, sand for the hamster's sandpit, bedding, food, treats....in fact nothing for me, haha, all for my furry things.
Then it was hamster clean out and kitty litter tray duty, all the glamorous jobs :)
Awww no, poorly hand :(
I have Heathcliffe curled up next to me but luckily he's not quite got to pushing me off yet, give it time though :)
It's like jinglebells at the moment as he's got his new funky red velvet collar on with a little bell.

Awwww I love em!!! I have lived in multi-pet households with cats and hamster and rat so used to the risks and would never risk either of them being hurt.
I have tried a few gentle introductions (ie in the same room with hamster in very cat proof cage (http://www.petcentreonline.co.uk/ecommerce/Scr ipts/prodView~idproduct~701.htm) and where I'm there all the time). If it works ok then I'd bring the hamster in the lounge only while I'm there in the evenings, when I'm not he will be in another room with secured door.
The only reaction from Heathcliffe was to sit and just watch though I'd never ever leave them in the same room together alone in case and the possibility of scare factor for the hamster.
