foods for fondue

am doing an oil fondue (not cheese or choc)

any ideas of little titbits to cook?

PS - it'll be for 4 people.

hi evedawn ,soynds like fun.
how about starting by making a tempura batter with self raising flour 1 egg ang sparkling water
recipes can be found on bbb/food.
then you can coat prawns ,meat such little strips of rump steak, chicken,cougettes,brocolli. and make differant dips to go with them such as sweet chilli, soy sauce and ginger.
