what ingrediants go into a saveloy (scared) and are they more nutritious than sausage meat?

Hooves, snouts, trotters, entrails, mechanically separated meats (look it up), anus, ears. Basically any meat that can be ground up and forced into a radioactive red sausage casing. Better for you than sausage meat? Not better for you than "proper" sausage meat, but just as bad for you as normal supermarket sausages.

Avoid.
Oh, and rusk as well.
