OK, we all know what it`s like to look in the mirror and see ourselves and surroundings looking back at us.

But what if a big globe could be built, in which we can stand, and the inside of this round object would be covered entirely with mirror??

The question is: What would we see then?

Sorry, No, didn`t mean to miss you out but a 2-way mirror is not quite the same as a mirrored ball in which you can see your body being viewed at 360 o

This idea came from some black hole in my mind and could have been originally from Poe. If it did, then I was too scared to read the ending which must have been quite macabre.

Have you got that feeling, Daniela, when you look into the mirror in a pitch-black room with just a little candlelight behind you?

Ah, I`m sorry, Dan, didn`t mean to make you quake!

If the candle was right behind you, then very little refractive light would be reaching the mirror. You might see a vague silhouette of your outer form but not much else.

If however you used your imagination, you could probably see a hooded villain creeping up behind you with a raised dagger.
I'm switching this film off now and going in the kitchen to do the washing up!

:-(
it would be one big mess wouldnt it?? it couldnt reflect an actually object. Mmmm
