Does foundation cause spots?

I got a make up trial yesterday for my wedding and got foundation put on. The only make i up i usually wear is a bit of powder and eye make up. I do suffer from breakouts and had one spot yesterday. By last night i had 8 spots. Today they are either red hard lump ones or whiteheads. Does anyone think its connected? Last thing I want is a spotty face towards the end of my wedding night and for honeymoon! eek!!

It could be, try using a mineral foundation like bare escentuals or Mac mineralise which is more natural on your skin

as a beauty thepary i know that make up cannot cause spots and isnt bad for the skin as long as you remember to take it off at night. dream matte moouse is a great foundation or rimmel lasting finish i personally use them both and love them. x
