Does a guy who sleeps around ever become the faithful settle-down type?

I'm mates with a guy. He's good-looking, a charmer down to a fine art, maybe a sleeze... but underneath it, he's a good bloke (ish!) with some issues. He's still young... has slept with more than 20 women, do you think he could ever settle down; can the beast be tamed? Also, am i being ignorant; is 20+ not actually that much?

my answer to this is yes i have been with my bf almost 4 years now and before we met he was the same , or it could also be a no it depends on the lad xxxx
