Nothing much selling any where, I have an interested party, fingers crossed.
As you say its not all sun and sangria, I still had work in me and although I love Spain the people and the laid back lifestyle it wasnt enough for me on my own.
I will prob go back when I retire. x
Cold, crisp autumnal day here in Aberdeenshire - the sun is desperately trying to peep through so fingers crossed!
I hope it goes through Cab....my daughter calls this place Gods waiting room...but if you have to work and support children, this is not the place to be....as many people are finding out....we know of 2 couples who simply handed the house keys back to the bank and walked away, couldnt pay the mortgage or bills...sad really

Got my toes crossed too for you.
I lived in Scotland for 4 years and it is definately colder there.
We're used to it cab.
small world Cab, I am Scottish, came from Ayr.......lol
Just thought I'd let you know the sun has succeeded and it's beautiful - don't you just love the leaves on the trees when they're changing?

Very sad.
I dont have a mortgage and I am sigle so I am in a better position, I suppose you could say I am lucky, but all the same I would like to sell my house soon so I can move on with my life. x
Question Author
It is a small world I worked in Kirkcaldy .
The leaves have formed a carpet here outside the house, it is a mess but so lovely at the same time. x
Small world indeed. I used to work in Edinburgh about 40 years ago and worked with a few Kircaldians. My best friend lived near Dunfermline and I often spent weekends there. They say it takes a long spoon to sup with a Fifer but I found them warm and hospitable not at all like the people in the capital who were a breed apart!
Question Author
Well I never.
Some of the people I worked with were very awkward as I went in as boss and they didnt like change.
On the whole the people were OK.
I have moved around a lot and I like to think I am a friendly person and that helps. x
Bit breezy and high clouds but the sun is shining in Stockton-on-Tees and I've got the day off - happy days!
Yes, if you're friendly it helps. We used to be quite insular up here but the advent of oil has changed a lot of our perspective and I have to admit for the good. We're a lot more cosmopolitan.....althoough there are still a few out there who could do with being a little more er, understanding, if you know what I mean!
