email problem

can anyone explain why I haven't been able to receive emails from one of my contacts for the past couple of monthes, she receives mine and then phones me to ask why I haven't responded,any ideas????

at a guess I'd say it's being filtered out as spam

But as you haven't mentioned how you get your email, i.e. is it outlook, or webmail can't really advise other than saying check your junk mail folder and if it's their mark them as a safe sender.

sounds to me like incredimail, where it's so easy to block sender,
try sending an e/mail to yourself, and if you receive it, there is no reason why you shouldn't receive hers,
also you could send her an e/mail asking her to reply to sender, ,just to make sure she is using the right address.

Thanks for your help, I am now going to sort out my junk and hopefully the missing emails.
