Hi I'm thinking about booking a holiday with Jet2 next June and interested to find out why they're �100 or more cheaper than other competitive firms.

How reliable are they, does the service suffer, are the hotels etc not so good?

Anybody that has used them please let me know.

I flew with them last summer and was very impressed. My other half managed to lose his passport on holidays and they dealt with our problem very efficiently and in a very friendly way.

The flights were on time and were as comfortable as any other flight and light refreshments were served on board the flight.
