Tight foreskin
Would a tight foreskin or phimosis have any effect on the size of a mans erection i.e. would it impede the enlargement during arousal?

There are health risks associated with inability to draw the foreskin back - it can lead to a build up of bacteria.
The best solution is to see your GP who can advise you if you have a problem that needs treatment, or surgery.

Phimosis is due to persistent infant adhesions, skin bridges, phimotic ring or frenulum breve - anatomically inhibits the relationship between the foreskin and the glans. Which I am sure you already know but in answer to your question about it impeding the erection maybe the following will help
This functionally restricts the erection, often causing pain and difficulty during masturbation or when making love.
As with all other medical issues it is common sense to seek the advice of your GP and I personally Urge you to make an appointment and discuss your "issues" with him.

Another worry is the poor appearance of the member there after for up to a year. In fact if the operation is poorly performed then, that plus excessive scarring caused by stretched stitches will cause embarrassment. Specialist plastic surgeons are best. Also know what tightness you want after circumcision.

A tight foreskin can be worked on by yourself with the aid of
creams from you doctor. Tools are available too, however some work on a virtual point stretching principle., rather than over a wider surface. The biggest problem for an adult is the developing of a ring in the foreskin, which is a tight band easily broken with even worse resultant scarring. Search on the INTERNET & I'm sure you will find some interesting help. Good luck -however think hard & long before getting cut. Work on the basis of a non returnable important bit of flesh.
