Replies to our own threads are flagged by an email immediately for each and every response by another poster.

When I subscribe to a thread, I get the email alert, but not immediately a reply is posted. The AB robots send out alerts for subscribed threads just once a day (just after 5:30 pm if I remember correctly). Maybe that leads folk to think it is not working?
