Naturalisation Papers from Russia
3 Answers
I have contacted National Archives at Kew, regarding buying Naturalisation papers for my Russian ancestors. Could you tell me what these Nationality/Naturalisation papers would consist of? I don't mind buying them if they will be of interest ... there are loads of pages and in fact in one relative's case the papers were revoked in 1927 so there are even more pages on this one. What does being revoked mean? I am wondering if the papers will be in English and of any interest to me onceI have bought them. Thanks everyone, especially Dottie :)
