The girl getting in the car with the drugs, then bloke gave her passport and driving documents, was she doing a swap for fake ID, or was he holding her documents, untill she handed the drugs over?

Thay didn't make it clear as to why he gave her the passport etc but I did think how marvelous those surgeons are. She'd only had the op minutes before and there she was running around in the rain. Also how did she manage to get the packets of heroin surely they weren't given back to her... Very confusing

Michael told Chrisie that the girl had got hold of the drugs from the sluice. I could nt figure out the rest either. Perhaps it`ll be a continued storyline.
