Take her to the vet - the tiredness is too non specific a symptom to know what could be causing it - the vet will check for a number of thinks. Likewise the limping.
Our two Goldies sleep a lot, but this is normal for them.

Have you had her 'hip scored'? Goldies are well known for having dodgy hips, very similar to German Sheps.
Our young male goldie (2 yrs) has mild hip problems, and cant tolerate too much exercise - curls up and goes to sleep after every walk.
