Yes your solution makes sense. I have Peterborough for 14ac. Town branch broken into by men after safe (12) That's where the O came from. I'd better have another think about that. Thanks gen2.

Oh dear, PETERBOROUGH (town) looks sound to me.

safe = PETER
branch = BOUGH
men = OR (Other Ranks)
