I phoned for a taxi yesterday and it was late coming so I rang the taxi firm again to ask where my taxi was. The man apologised and said I had been overlooked but would get me a cab rightaway. 5 minutes later the taxi drew up and as I got in the driver said sorry its our operator,she spends too much time on answerbank!
