internet explore not responding

when i try to login in a chat on www.owtb.co.uk (yes i am a latics fan and use this site all the time) but when i try to go on live chat , all i get is internet explorer not responding ?plus a few other sites can one know how i can stop this happening , i find something that might help me , but i am not sure if it would help .Start - Run - regedit

3.If you get there, you will see few keys(look like folders) that are in numbers and alphabets.
Delete all of them

Seriously do the sensible thing and use firefox.

But failing that being an option.. then, in IE, click on the menu bar click tools >options. Then click the advanced tab, at the bottom it says reset, click that and then reset again. wait a few seconds close and restart IE and try again.
