except the obvious ie sickness and missed period what are other signs of pregnancy ?

Immense fatigue, some dizziness, sore boobs and even cravings this early.

In both of my pregnancies - before I'd even missed a period - I had a metallic taste in my mouth.  Apparently this is fairly common in very early pregnancy.

Heart burn, burning sensation in boobs in cold waether, humour bypass surgery.  Note that all, some or none of the above symptoms may happen.

Thirsty ALL the time.
unable to drink coffee first thing in the morning

in all my three pregnancies i had (very early on - pre-testing)

luminous pee

sore boobs

severe tiredness

aversion to the smell of garlic or cooking meat

blocked nose with sinus pain

greasy hair

general feeling of crappiness

Going to the loo constantly and exhaustion were my main symptoms, plus achy boobs and I had some sharp pains just above each hip bone which I've never had before or since.
