I used to watch this and still haven't been able to work out if the reports were genuine or spoofs.

I filmed some stuff for Eurotrash in Germany. Yes, it was real although the producers didn't take it that seriously. It was filmed "over the top" and the partcipants had the p*ss taken out of them but.... it was real and not faked.
I'm amazed at (a) how many wierd people there are in Germany and (b) that they consented to be filmed.
To be fair I don't think they understood what "Eurotrash" would do and how itr would represent them. They didn't realise that they would be made fun of.
