Why can't he get a British passport, when he and his flagship store has done more for Britain, than others who seem to have no problem in getting one?

I'm a regular customer, and depending on what you buy, some of their stuff's really no dearer than anywhere else - plus it's beautifully packed. I've just bought a load of stuff to be given as Christmas pressies, and I know for a fact that when these things are opened up, the recipients'll be delighted.
The problem with these kind of cases are that it is impossible to prove. A 15 year olds mother reports the incident several months after it happens and the alleged is a respect billionaire and owner of a British institution. Open and shut case if you ask me.

I have nothing against foreigners, who have contributed something to this country, and have settled into our culture.
