Lights camera

The other day i turned left at traffic lights not realising it was no left turn. I think i saw something flash, does anyone know if there was a camera that could get me for this? and if there is what it would look like so i can check it out? Thanks!!

I know that traffic lights sometimes have cameras now... at least there are some in Manchester.
