Hi i have just given a tv interwiew in my home regarding a trial that ius coming up in november i was paid fifty pounds nothing was signed or hands shaken to clench the deal, can i ask for more money or ask that the interwiew does not go out, kind regards nac.

but surely it a breach if they go ahead without my permission.
You consented to give the interview, you accepted the money - you can't renege.

A contract doesn't have to be in writing to be legally binding - you did the task in return for money knowing from the outset the interview was to be broadcast.

There is all the elements of a legally binding contract in place - if you rtry to stop the broadcast they could, theoretically, sue you for breach of contract and ask for the �50 back plus all the expenses relating to doing the interview and court costs.

I used to work in tv and you normally have to sign a release form to allow it to be shown it depends on circumstance - the fact you allowed them in your home is consenting I would have thought or you wouldnt have let them in?
