I say behind because I have my 12 n 1/2 yr old son sat behind me on the couch listening to Good Charlotte on his mobile (which is more like a bloody amplifier than anything else lol) whilst singing along at the same time, oh and he's searching the channels trying to find something to watch 'coz he's bored' lol! Although I'm a softie n I like him around!

so glad to find you out there, last night wasn't so bad after all, our elderly hosts had been particularly careful in finding a very long absent dear friend of mine of very many years standing, valerie platt. we had a lovelely tete a tete for over five hours coverering over four years of separation, talked till the early hours, brill., nice lunch date arranged for next week, keep you posted, love Prudentia, xxx and more xxx

Yeah the arthrirtis he's had for a while but it was only in one leg 6 months ago now it's in both legs, one knee and both hips! He's a goreous Great Dane x Neopolitian Mastiff, unfortunately neither breeds have a long life span.

I am on the laptop at the kitchen table. No one is behind me, the TV is on watching Saw2 at the same time. One of my cats is asleep next to me the other one is asleep on the sofa ( I have a big kitchen) Mr puss is sitting on the floor watching TV. Back to the Q the only thing behind me is the fridge and it is quite empty as we have eaten all its contents this weekend. I don't wish they were somewhere else as my hubby and cats are always welcome to sit whereever they like whether it be behind me, in front of me whatever.

puss_boots that sounds just like my house although i love cats & used to have one when I was younger, got the dog first and he doesnt really get on with them (and believe me I've tried)
And when watchin films I prefer to sit on the floor (mr sparkler doesnt understand why) but I find it comfier, plus i can snuggle next to the dog lol
