We avoided a frost here last night, but I must get out into the garden to lift any tender plants that will be ruined by frost as more is forecast.

Back home now and into the warm , it's soooooo cold outside . Yes Rosetta that's right , and I have found what caused the attack ...an oncoming cold , feel full of it and achy with a high temperature . Oh well , at least good news at the dietician , she was delighted , I've put on 0.8 of a kilo .
