Eggs
Any good recipes to use up eggs? I get 6 eggs a week from a local farmer friend but i haven't been eating them recently so i'v got 18 eggs to use up. Any recipes will do, thanks in advance

Egg based custards can make a nutritious and unusual (for these days) pudding.
A favourite savoury dish of mine which can be frozen is a cheese & potato pie - layers of parboiled potato (seasoned), grated cheese, chopped onion, repeated until a greased pyrex dish is nearly full, then several beaten eggs poured over. Bake in a 200degC oven for 40 mins.
Quiches are a good way of using up eggs - you can actually use an egg to bind the pastry too, gives it a lovely rich colour and taste.
Egg mayonnaise or egg salad sarnies.

Egg masala:
3-4tbsp sunflower oil
4 cardamom pods
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaf
1tsp caraway seeds
2 small onions � grated
1 �tsp ginger garlic paste
�tsp turmeric powder
1tsp chilli powder
2tsp coriander powder
1 �tsp garam masala
1 tin chopped tomatoes
5-6 de-shelled hard boiled eggs
200ml single cream
Water
2-3tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
For the egg masala:
heat the oil in a frying pan and add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, caraway seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
Add two small grated onions, and fry for further 4-5 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala saut� for 30 seconds to release flavours.
Add the chopped tomatoes, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the hard boiled eggs and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the single cream and the same measurement of water and finely chopped coriander and cook for 4-5 minutes on a low flame.
