Help! Has anyone a cure for "morning breath". It has only been in the last few months and I am not sure what is causing it. Dentist says its not dental. I suspect it's due to catarrh in the back of my throat (nose not blocked up!) but nasal spray from the doc doesnt seem to be helping.
Any suggestions. ( Dont tell me to keep my mouth shut! That would be impossible!! lol)
I think everyone has morning breath. I sleep with my mouth open and snore so by morning my mouth is all dry and manky. Give them a good clean and you'll be ok !
If there's nothing medically or dentally wrong, then you can only do what the others've suggested. Watch what food you eat, what drinks you drink, don't smoke - and always clean your teeth before going to bed - x
Often smells like something crawled in my mouth and died over night. I drink a mug of boiled water with a slice of Lemon. Its doing the trick at the moment. Would prefer something to do the night before though so I didn't have to wake up to it.
