Urgent email help needed

Any techies out there please look at my question on technology - cannot find my emails in my inbox! Am in library trying to print off tickets but cannot retrieve my confirmation emails. - 50 minutes left!

hi might not work but a friend of mine had something similar, click on send and receive because sometimes they dont come through until u do this. let me know if it works.

Am in library and there is no 'deleted' on the screen or anywhere to press send/receive - 10 minutes left! The notification of an answer from answerbank has come through, but no other emails that I 'forwarded' from my home computer.

Yes, nothing in there. I cannot even retrieve emails I sent from home today, although older sent ones are there.
Getting desperate now. I have managed to print off bus and plane tickets but not train ticket for Finland trip.
Have emailed Finnish rail co but no reply as yet.

Been to see the local computer shop geek and he says it has been downloaded onto my own computer for some reason so won't go to another one. Don't understand but bless his cotton socks he has said to email him the confirmation emails and he will print them off for me! Restored my faith in human nature.

Umm this might sound obvious but - Click in the 'Inbox' button?

Sorted! He printed them off and didn't charge me a penny.
